Concept

The basic principle is to construct a waterfall on the perimeter of the building, with the water falling on the pavement. Water is projected from 10 to 14 cm diameter plastic tubes, split across their width. A one-meter-wide concrete gully collects the water, leaving a passage two-meters wide under the waterfall for pedestrians. The water is collected in buffer pools and sent back under pressure by hydraulic pumps. The various sections of the waterfall can be turned on individually or all together.
